  I was looking for Rolex service center to verify pre owned submariner, so I called this guys to set an appointment, the guy told me over the phone that they can take a look for free but there is a limit for what can be checked if the don't open the watch, and suggested deeper check that will cost 250$ and can take up to 2 weeks. When we came Jim was helping us, when checked the watch he missed some authenticity marks needed to be reminded by the seller, not much paying attention to details in overall not as thorough job as expected And above all he charged me 50$ ! (Reminder: when set the meeting this 10 min check introduced as complimentary)
